What is a ballpark figure for repairing two keys on a flute?

My son made a bid and won an auction for a flute before making that two keys are broken. I have just been given an astronomical figure to restore an old clarinet over $ 220. I can make that can repair itself but fortunately 'flutes and I don' t fix, t know what is a reasonable fee. I have a feeling that $ 220 for re-padding a clarinet is a bit excessive!
