How are filed the documents and papers in a juditial demand or process in USA ?
Sorry my English. I 'm Brazilian and I saw a little box where lawyers filed documents. But I don 't know if it is to archive documents in one process. Here in Brazil, the documents are filed in folders, that we call “cars”. The film neve I felt how the papers are filed. Here we have one of the notary's office where they filed the documents and papers, and there? Thank you.
What would be a better alternative to bailing out the auto industry?
In WWII, car manufacturers and other industries stopped manufacture of its products usually manufactured and the art of war instead. Industrial equipment such as that in car factories can be used to produce other things. My idea would be to use the money that the government would have given the auto industry to maintain the status quo to a sustainable industry. For example, the government could subsidize the renewable energy engineers who could design the windmill and the power plants could be built using the equipment left by the car manufacturers. What more could be done with the money going to the car manufacturers? How can we promote a sustainable industry and keep people from losing their jobs?
How far away from Federal buildings, or property do you have to be to take pictures, or videotape?
I know that outside federal buildings, or even the federal property (ie: across the street from the building on the sidewalk) have been issues for people who are detained or questioned by authorities, or even law enforcement to photograph buildings federal even public property. I don 't know what the rules are. What even gives security guards in federal buildings the right to enforce restrictions on federal photo feature? How far as the feature you have to be?
