What would happen if the big 3 auto workers dont reach an agreement for the bailout or loan?

N loan urgent eviction or money because they use their money for the premiums and increase the air and all the salary and cost of the flight. I am confused about all this.
How is the Big Three American auto makers filing for bankruptcy a bad thing?

If you file for bankruptcy is not that they just 'bad; d have to restructure their deals with the unions and their loans. If restructured salaries to the unions that would be a good thing and therefore help the auto companies out.
