A subdivision of Crystal Park, Manitou Springs is a delightful Victorian town situated in a canyon and visited by thousands every year. Manitou Springs is a tourist town with many attractions such as the Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the Winds, Cog Railway, Miramont Castle and the Mineral Springs. The median sale price of a home here was $226,178 in 2002 but keep in mind that many of these are small bungalows that date back to the turn of the century. Of course, we are not speaking of the one two years ago.
